This page will give any traders working at Wells Christmas Market 2025, all the information/ how to access everything needed in preparation for the Christmas Market 2025. This page is being updated currently so please keep checking back regularly for any information required. 

Before the event

Having everything prepared before the day is vital for the success of Wells Christmas Market 2025. We have over 100 traders arriving and so setup time needs to go as smoothly as possible so please make sure everything is ready to go for our 9am opening time. 

Please make sure you have read the joining instructions carefully and have coordinated what you are bringing and how you are functioning at the event. Any queries please contact us Before the event to give us time to help you.

On the day 

Starting the day, you will be given a timeslot to arrive. Please make sure to adhere to this time as it is a tightly coordinated event with minimal space so we need to keep everything flowing throughout the morning. Keep an eye on the roads in the morning as it will be very cold and potentially icy so please give yourselves plenty of time to arrive and travel safely.
