Introduction

Christmas at Wells 2025 will return this year on Saturday 6th December between 9am-3pm. This will include the annual Wells Christmas Market which features over 100 festive stalls in the historic Market Place and the Cathedral Green, offering seasonal gifts, local food and drink, live music, and entertainment. All information needed should be listed on this page, however if you do have any specific enquiries, please do get in touch with us!

Christmas across Wells

A number of businesses across Wells are offering big Christmas sales, special offers and extra festive treats so make sure to walk up and down the high street to enjoy all of the local shops and what they offer!

Christmas Market

This is a key feature of Christmas at Wells and will be spread throughout the Market Place, located outside of the town hall, and the Wells Cathedral Green, located directly in front of the cathedral. There will be over 100 market stalls selling a variety of festive treats and essentials. These stalls will be accompanied by festive music and live entertainment throughout both locations.
