Congratulations to the Right Worshipful Mayor of Wells, Cllr Stewart Cursley.

Last night's council meeting saw the election of the 648th Mayor of Wells. Cllr Stewart Cursley was presented the Chain of Office by the previous Mayor; Cllr Philip Welch, before swearing the Oath of Allegiance and signing the Declaration of Acceptance.

Congratulations also, to the Deputy Mayor of Wells, Cllr Tanys Pullin who was also elected last night.
