    Tips to help reduce Food Waste

    Another great way to reduce your food waste is to consider how much you are wasting whilst preparing a meal. Vegetable peelings and bread heels add up!

    Consider leaving the skin on your vegetables. Skins hold lots of nutrients and contribute to waste. Alternatively, you can keep your vegetable peelings and create your own vegetable stock- it is cheap, easy makes great use of your leftovers.
